Financial Talents Committee of Talents Research Association of China (hereinafter called ˇ°TRAC Financial Talents Committeeˇ± or ˇ°the Committeeˇ±) was found on May 8, 1995 with the approvals from both the Ministry of Personnel of China and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. It is a nationwide non-profit association guided by the Talents Research Association of China.
The missions of the Committee are: studying financial theories and policies; developing human capitals; training and hunting financial talents with advanced financial knowledge and skills, creativity and exploitation whom meet the market needs; and promoting the modernization and internationalization of Chinese financial industry.
The main tasks of the TRAC Financial Talents Committee are: according to the development of the state economy and financial sector, conducting executive and staff training for financial institutions, cultivating financial specialists, promoting academic research on finance and human resource management, organizing economic and financial seminars, promoting bilateral or multilateral exchange of financial specialists, and introducing advanced experience of international leading financial institutions in the areas of human resource development and financial operation management.
Since the Committee started its business in 1997, it has organized all kinds of seminars, training classes, overseas training groups and so on. It cooperate effectively with its members in developing and training human resource management that has improved the development and innovation of China financial industry.
At present, TRAC Financial Talents Committee consists of about 100 institution members including state owned commercial banks, commercial banks, city commercial banks, securities firms, fund management companies, insurance companies, trust investment companies, financial companies, assets management companies, mutual funds, financial education and research institutions, etc.
In order to promote human resources research, cultivation and communication for financial institutions, the Committee will keep pace with the development of national and international economy, serve all members and non-members institutions by further strengthening financial talents training with series of specialized courses, experienced domestic and foreign specialists as well as professional management teams, thereby make more contribution to China's financial industry, and develop itself to be a distinctive association in its area.
